Whatever your goals, whatever your major, a CAPPP Quarter in Washington, DC will give you a competitive edge. Based at the UC Washington Center, CAPPP students carry out a research project on a topic of their own choosing, and complete a challenging, substantive internship at one of DC’s hundreds of government agencies, think tanks, NGOs, non-profits, media outlets, advocacy, trade, and business organizations. Program participants earn up to 16 upper division units while remaining full-time UCLA students. To get an idea of what CAPPP can do for you, read some of the student profiles on our website.
